Wonderful work of art, amazing detail, featured is the bust of one of the greatest painters in history, Dutch master Rembrandt van Rijn (1606-1669). The three-dimensional display has great effect, the artist comes alive. Bust is signed, on the back "A.Carrier". Statue stands on a square circular column form base. Bust is in good condition, fine quality, showing age oxidation on the patina, which could possibly be cleaned (please see photos). Size is extra large and impressive 19.5" in height, 11" wide, and 8" deep, standing on a 6.75" x 6.75" square base. Great art or historical collection addition, and a fine display in any home, on any office desk, library shelf, in traditional or mid-century modern setting! See less
