We are selling this very attractive piece of Japanese art pottery. This vase may have been used to hold brushes or pens and has an old bronze ring on the mouth of the vase with green verdigris and beige crackled glaze. We believe this to vase to be 19th century, but the surface patina on the bronze looks like it could almost be older.
Condition: Good. The vase may have been ground down which is why there is a bronze ring on the mouth.
