Hand-carved in … Read more At over 10 feet tall, this monumental French buffet deux corps bibliotheque would make a wonderful statement piece. Hand-carved in the 1700s, the towering case storage has a hand-scraped painted finish with hues of green, gray, and blue. The upper section has four elaborately shaped shelves that are visible through two tall doors that are lined with grillage. A single, linear shelf graces the interior of the lower section, behind two rectangular doors. Both interiors have been painted off-white, matching each of the shelves. There is a small pull-out drawer on both sides of the lower section, just beneath the robust quarter-round molding. With ample storage space, our hand-scraped and painted buffet deux corps can be used in a variety of household rooms, from a dining area to the living room. See less
