Crafted in West Virginia during the 1930s–1940s, these rearing horse bookends by New Martinsville Glass reflect the bold elegance of the Art Deco era. Each clear crystal form features a stylized horse poised on a rectangular plinth, combining symmetry, strength, and luminous clarity.
The sculptural composition and polished finish reveal the company’s mastery of pressed and fire-polished crystal, later carried forward under Viking Glass.
