The “Rod Laver Signature” model was manufactured by Chamold of Italy. Its grip size is 4 5⁄8”. "Exeter" does not appear to be a major historical brand of tennis racquets itself, but rather was likely a model name or sub-brand used by a larger manufacturer. Appears to be slightly older than the Chemold racquet.
