A bit of the history:
"Marc Chagall's stained glass windows are celebrated works of art known for their vibrant colors, emotional intensity, and mystical imagery, often combining religious and personal themes. He began creating them later in life, applying his modernist style to the traditional medium to depict subjects like biblical stories, the arts, and symbols of peace. Famous examples include the "America Windows" at the Art Institute of Chicago and the twelve "Tribe Windows" at the Hadassah-Hebrew Medical Center in Jerusalem. "
