From the Faiencerie Subtil, Portugal, a Mid-Century pate terrine, the cover formed as a sitting Rabbit, circa 1960s to early 1970s.
The well molded blue rabbit sits on an oval base, glazed in the brown coloring typical of this pottery.
Beautiful detail to the lid, the base is banded with a black lining.
Oven safe - Great for dips or gratins.
Base: 6.5 in. L x 4.75 in. W x 2.75 in. Deep.
Overall height: 5.75 inches.
Very good vintage conditions. Minor hairline cracks that have been repaired on the underside of the lid.
