The rich patina of the wood is a warm brown. There is antique brass detailing on the sides. The shelf comes in two piece and is entirely collapsable. The shelves and sides fold down for easy transport. The shelf can be used for one tall shelf or two smaller shelves. This is not suitable for children's rooms as the shelf is very tall and the sides are not screwed in. See less
