Set of two turned solid brass and wrought iron baluster shaped firedogs of elegant proportions and fine quality. Richly decorated and featuring a spherical crown with a flame on top in a classic style. These fire dogs are fitted at the rear with wrought iron brackets to support firewood and/ or a fire basket. Suitable as a decorative element or for use near a fireplace. Robust quality with visible signs of wear.
