Etching hand colored realized by Antonio Zatta in 1785, and published by G. Pitteri. It depicts the Eastern Indian Ocean & its islands. Southern India, Sri Lanka, the Maldives, The Laccadives, The Chagos archipelago & Diego Garcia, the Andaman & Nicobar Islands, northern Sumatra, the Mergui archipelago, southern Thailand and Phuket. Very good condition. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
