This refined pair of mid-century lounge chairs by Madsen & Schubell was designed in Denmark in the 1950s. Crafted in stained beech, the chairs feature a distinctive floating wingback and seat, encircled by a sculptural frame that flows seamlessly into the curved armrests and tapered legs.
Both chairs are in very good vintage condition. They were reupholstered in high-quality fabric less than five years ago and have seen minimal use. from a non-smoking home where they’ve been carefully maintained. I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs,
