The silver has been recently … Read more This is an early 1910's silver plated brass table lamp in the art nouveau style. The silver has been recently polished, when it came to us it was completely tarnished. The lamp still holds the original sockets (which are still functional) and socket covers, however the cardboard insulators over the sockets have been replaced with new ones as well as the the cord which has been replaced and is brand new. The socket covers are engraved with BRYANT, 250V, PATENTED 1910, MADE IN THE USA. The height is adjustable, so your shade can rest at your desired height, with the tallest standing at 21.25 inches and the shortest at 19.25 inches. The widest part of the lamp is the base which is 7 inches, and the whole lamp weighs 4.8 pounds. See less
