Turquoise cabochons measure from 2mm to 3mm. One small rose diamond is estimated at 0.02 carats.

The beautifully detailed handmade locket highlights a cluster dome of turquoise cabochons, with a diamond set star to the center, a nod to the celestial world. A halo of decorative rope circles surrounds the dome. The back of the pendant opens to accommodate a photo or keepsake. The pendant is a wonderful and unique example of jewelry from the late Victorian era. The bale measures 5mm and can accommodate a thick chain if desired. The locket comes with the original red leather fitted case with baby blue velvet interior (a jewel itself!)

The pendant is in good condition. We have not cleaned the piece in order to preserve the patina and collector value.
