Original 1939 lithograph 'Shrine Quartet' by Grant Wood (1891–1942), pencil signed lower right. Published by Associated American Artists, New York, and printed by master printer George C. Miller. Edition of approximately 250 impressions. A beautifully preserved, lifetime-signed example of Wood’s celebrated American Regionalist imagery. This work depicts four men singing before a civic backdrop—a quintessentially Midwestern subject, imbued with the warmth, humor, and humanity that define Wood’s best work.
