This is a fine monumental antique mahogany and parcel gilt serving table in the George II manner and dating from the mid-19th century. The back is decorated with egg and dart moulding and acanthus scrolls. The central bow front drawer is flanked by a long drawer on each side. The drawers have handcut dovetails, are solid mahogany lined and have their original gilt brass handles. It is raised on acanthus leaf decorated cabriole legs terminating in carved lion paw feet. The attention to detail is absolutely fantastic and it is certain to attract attention wherever placed.
Condition: In excellent condition having been beautifully cleaned, polished and waxed in our workshops, please see photos for confirmation.
