Crafted in France, circa 1920, the antique wood and brass coffer stands on wooden feet, the slant top opens up and reveals inside storage upholstered with green velvet. The small box is decorated on the top with a repousse sail boat scene in the manner of Claude Vernet. The decorative trunk is in excellent condition and has the original rich patinated brass finish.
