The table is lavishly decorated with intricate gilt (gold) pen work and painted scenes depicting Chinese village life, landscapes, flora, and fauna. Decorated with Lion Paw feet.
History: A Chinese export lacquer sewing table is a type of antique furniture made in China for export to Western markets during the 18th and 19th centuries.

Fading, chipping can be seen. One of the leg has been restored shown on the last picture, there is a break and has been glued back.
