This antique Victorian style burnt bamboo corner shelf has a unique feature in that the Chinoiserie style painted motif of koi fish and fauna are on the underside. There is one shelf with nice curved structure out of burnt bamboo in a rich brown color, as well as the rose, burgundy, and olive green underside of the painting. This piece can be easily hung with the affixed attachment at the top and would be great in a small space hung high to see the beautiful painted underside. Note: the underside is worn with a few scratches, but does not affect the functionality of the piece, but lends it character!
If you're a lover of bamboo or need an exceptional piece for your knick-knacks then make this a "keeper" in your home.
