This hand-painted bone china figurine depicts an elderly woman seated with a basket at her side, holding a colorful cluster of balloons—a nostalgic representation of street life in early 20th-century England. The figurine remained in production until 1998, making it one of Royal Doulton’s longest-running and most iconic designs. Excellent vintage condition. No chips, cracks, or repairs.
