This couch is so comfy, it is pretty hard to sell it honestly... But we already kept the larger one for ourselves so there is no room for this one.

Really a high quality piece of furniture!

Sofa measures roughly 62" long X 36" wide X 31" tall.
18" tall to the top of the seat ... 22" to the top of the arm.
Possibly a very small tiny amount of wear to be found, or dust in the nooks/crannies.

Sofa comes with the matching footstool which I did not take measurements of, however I can if you need them.

Sofa has caster wheels on the front and wood legs on the back, so it is easier to maneuver this piece around but it won't go wild rolling all over the place. Ottoman has wheels for easy maneuvering.
Sofa truly appears and feels as though it was rarely sat in.
