The lithograph print poster is published by Mirage Editions Inc., printed in 1981 in an unnumbered limited edition by the well known, oldest and largest high end commercial printed on the West Coast established in 1879 in Los Angeles, George Rice & Sons.

The lithograph print poster features a Post Modern Pop Art style artwork by the British born South African artist Norman Catherine ( B. 1949 ). His oeuvre includes painting, sculpture, printmaking and mixed media. The idiosyncratic visionary artworks are characterized with the rendering of bold use of vibrant colors and a humorous cynicism. Catherine's artworks have secured a place in the forefront of South African Contemporary Art.
