This bronze vase is done in an … Read more We are selling this great Chinese archaic style bronze and champleve enamel vase. This bronze vase is done in an archaic style imitating the very early Bronze vessels from the early Chinese dynasties, the particular style of this vase is similar to those produced during the Yongzheng period, but this is a 19th or early 20th century example. This vase has incised decoration along with some Chinese Calligraphic Characters as well as champleve enamel Taotie decorations in both the typical blue color and also a more unusual white and red style. The vase was originally drilled for a lamp.

Condition: There are some areas of loss and damage to the enamel, but in relatively good condition for it's age.
