An Italian carved wood tassel rope upholstered armchair, circa mid to late-20th century, Italy. Chair is in the style of Parisian upholsterer A.M.E. Fournier. Upholstery is a chinoiserie style pattern.
The upholstery is in very good condition but could be replaced based on personal preference.

Please refer to photos as I like full transparency with all items I sell. Upholstery could be updated however it is in very good condition as is. Until I got very close to this chair, I did not notice the imperfections in the wooden legs. You need to look very closely to see them. They also may be part of the manufacturing of the chair. less
