This type of candleholders are called castle or manor candlesticks in Denmark. Originally designed in the late 17th century up into the 18th century. This set dates from circa 1900-1920 and is executed with all the distinct baroque features of a 17th century pair. The circle/ball feet on a square base and the hooped design of the rods. They take regular sized candles.
Measurements: H: 15.5 cm, W/D: 8.7 cm (base).
