I love the orange hues and the butterfly on this print. The mat looks like a textured fabric. Very nice piece professionally framed. Artwork was drawn by Anne Ophelia Dowden (1907-2007). Ms. Dowden's work was displayed at the Smithsonian Institution, The Denver Art Museum and the New York City Library. Marked "Plate No. VI", "The Frame House Gallery Inc., 1970" and bears Ms. Dowden's signature. I have included images of some documents that talk about The Frame House Galley and the print itself. I do not know if these documents are present in the frame with this print as I did not remove the back opting to leave it as found. See less
