A gorgeous offering from Steven Lundberg’s iridescent line of art glass vessels. Tall and elegant fluted vase.
An interior of deep rich, warm gold enveloped by a gold exterior field with deep red and amber peacock pulled swirls at top, gradually incorporating greens and blues in a peacock feather effect from mid-point down. Footed in a dark iridescent bronze, deep eggplant shade.
Amazing artistry. Beautiful organic lines to the top of the piece resulting in an undulating and not quite round top. Delicate intricate detail. Finely layered with rich tones Original Steven Lundberg Art Glass label on bottom of piece.
Measuring 5.5”dia x 10”h.
Produced in California and purchased directly from the artist. Great vintage condition with some marks original to the piece as shown.
Steven Lundberg’s (1953-2008) creations are in many permanent museum collections including The Smithsonian Institute and the White House. He is considered the father of the Contemporary American Art Glass revival.
