Pair Italian mid century Franco Albini rattan, cane 'lobster Pot' large Ottoman Stools. Circa 1960.
Both have good vintage colour
1) very sturdy showing signs if use to the rattan with some parts missing.
2) very slight movement, can pieces missing from on of the V shaped supports, and with some added nails, this also shows some missing and glued cane parts in places.
Could also be used as tables for lamps or books. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
issues arising from misattribution
