The artist Marlowe worked for … Read more Design Plus Gallery presents an Original Watercolor Entitled "Old Cottage, Broadmarsh" by artist Karen Marlowe. The artist Marlowe worked for a few years in the arts and was registered from 1982-1900 with her creations. The original owner purchased in 2005 at a gallery in Austalia. The work shows exactly that, an old cottage, down in watercolors of dry earth and dilapidation. The watercolor is cased in a tonal frame to compliment the artwork with a thick white matte. On the backside, in black marker, is the artistic authenticity of the piece as well as her signature on the artworks lower right side. It is in good condition with minimal visible wear for its vintage age + use. See less
