A beautifully detailed 19th-century French brass filigree bowl, richly aged with a century’s patina that enhances its intricate openwork design. Crafted with ornate scrollwork and delicate floral motifs, the piece exemplifies the artistry of late 1800s French metalwork — equally elegant as a centerpiece, fruit bowl, or decorative catchall. Retains the maker’s mark “M.D.” on the underside.
