Mosaic inlaid marble tabletop after a famous work discovered at Pompeii Italy. Various colored and exotic marbles construct the image of doves bathing in a footed bowl of water. The central design is an oval vignette surrounded by a white marble frame with geometric symmetry. The border band is constructed in bold colored stones in a rich color palette. The whole built on a slate slab subsurface supporting stone. The table itself is a lacquered steel modern design. The tabletop measures 21.5" by 23.75". The base is 20" by 20" by 23.5" tall.
