The artwork is composed of oil paint with the use of a palette knife for technique on canvas. The scene is tranquil, languid, and a fresh look at pure peace and relaxation. You have snow capped mountains in the farthest reach of the eye, with an autumnal field of trees in a meadow with a stream splitting through the grass. It is framed in dark wood with a linen matte.
