The composition features an ancestor figure above a stylized singa (protective guardian) framed by gorga spiral motifs. Small bone inlays form the eyes and central lozenge—traditional apotropaic details meant to protect a home. Deep carving, rich charcoal-brown patina, and tool marks highlight its handmade character. Ready to hang.

Circa mid-20th century. Presents beautifully with time-earned wear; one of the bone “eyes” is missing and there are scattered nicks, age lines, and finish rubs consistent with age and use.
