Each glass features brilliant red cut-to-clear crystal with finely engraved floral and lattice motifs, standing on a tall faceted stem and wheel-cut circular foot.

the rich cranberry tone—typical of antique meissen crystal—is contrasted by the high transparency of the clear stem and foot, producing exceptional sparkle under light. Both glasses retain their original meissen gilt stickers and are etched with the “m” on the base and signed “jw” on the bowl.

this pair demonstrates the precision and artistry of meissen’s crystal workshop, established in 1947 in saxony as part of the historic meissen manufactory founded in 1710.
