After world war ii, the company set out to produce more modern, stylish, and affordable furniture, and launched the g plan brand. G plan were the first british manufacturer to introduce a complete matching home range. Early 1950’s g plan furniture collections, such as the brandon range shown here, carried a stamp with both the g plan and e. Gomme names. This brandon dressing table is constructed in light oak with a warm golden tone. Fitted with four drawers. The two at the top pullout and rotate revealing a 2nd compartment behind the first. See less
