If quirky industrial accent lighting is your thing, this optometrist's light-up eye chart is the answer! This 'Visual Acuity Chart' by Good Lite Co. of Forest Park, Illinois (a Chicago suburb) features all the industrial elements, including a cast-iron tripod base, a long chrome tube stand, and two different translucent eye charts to display, making it an interactive talking piece that also provides functional, ambient lighting. A long tube light inside the box illuminates the eye charts from within.
Please note: This item will be disassembled to ship in three separate boxes to ensure safe transport, unless the customer requests white glove delivery.

Good vintage condition overall. The pole was clamped at some point to stay at a specific height, where it may have been adjustable previously. The lightbox shows some scratches and dings, including a subtle dent along the left side of the frame. A small pin is missing along the bottom of the frame, which does not affect the functionality. All flaws are visible in the photos.
