Strutz. The plate dates to late 19th / early 20th century, best of the best quality work, phenomenal hand painting on porcelain. Gorgeous gilt border, scroll designs and jeweling on cobalt blue base. Center medallion features a dramatic scene, a young bride / lady holding an anchor, flanked by an older women and a young girl. Painting is signed in lower right "E. Strutz". Back of the plate is marked with a blue period Beehive mark and additional orange mark "Haube, Hoffnung, and Liebe". Condition is very good, near mint (please see photos). Size is impressive 10.125" diameter wide. This is a great addition to any quality collection! See less
