This stunning artful furniture designed by Frank Gehry and produced by Knoll features a bentwood construction with a ribbon-like design. This piece is inspired by Gehry's childhood, specifically by the apple crates he would play on as a child and their surprising strength and resilience. This gorgeous piece of furniture features white maple veneer strips, glued and woven together. The maple has been colored a deep black verdigreen color, unique from the usual Gehry chairs seen. This chair has embossing of the Knoll name and Frank Gehry's signature on the underside, as well as the date noting 1993. The chair is in very good condition. It measures 33.5 inches tall, 19 inches wide, and 19 inches deep. It has a seat height of 18 inches, a seat width of 19 inches, a seat depth of 19 inches, and a back height of 17 inches
