The design and pattern indicates it is from the late 1800's to early 1900's. The patterns are extremely complex and intricate with very deep, clean, crisp cuts. The designs include amazing multiply long overlapping straight cuts. Also,
stars, cross-hatching and small honey comb patches. The shaft has 6 sides with beading. The top edge is scalloped and the bottom has numerous cross cut resulting in a pattern of stars inside stars! For the size of this tulip vase the side have a tremendous number of intricate lengthy cuts creating almost movement to the piece. In the sunlight this vase sparkles with rainbow colors. It is in wonderful condition. This crystal vase conveys a statement of extraordinary workmanship and taste! A work of art in crystal that will be enjoyed for years and worthy of handing down to future generations. I inherited this tulip vase from my Mother, who purchased it from an elderly woman of social status in our neighborhood. See less
