A decorative pair of vintage brass wall candle sconces in the Louis XVI style, featuring architectural laurel and acanthus leaf motifs with two scrolling candle arms on each piece. The pierced vertical backs and warm aged brass finish give the pair substantial presence without feeling overly heavy.
Each sconce holds two taper candles and hangs from a hook on the reverse. Their symmetrical neoclassical design works particularly well flanking a mirror, artwork, doorway, or mantel.
