Beautiful vintage Murano hand blown Sommerso sapphire blue and emerald green Italian art glass puppy dog figurine / sculpture. The piece is created in the manner of designers Archimede Seguso and Nason. The dog is covered in a clear glass layer, letting the colors mix on the inside of it. Unsure of what kind of dog it could be, but does have large floppy ears like a dachshund or beagle. Would make great display piece on any desk, side table or curio cabinet. You will be able to showcase it as a decorative piece in any room. Late Mid-century era. Measure 5 3/8" tall x 3” long x 2 3/8” wide.
