French Modern Natural Bamboo Floor Lamp, Circa 1960s
A sleek and organically inspired French Modern floor lamp from the 1960s, featuring a genuine natural bamboo standard with a rich honey-toned patina, segmented by natural growth nodes. The column is mounted on a blackened iron circular pedestal base, providing a striking contrast to the warm bamboo. The lamp is topped with a custom bamboo finial and includes its original harp (display shade not included).
Recently rewired for modern use, this lamp captures the understated elegance of mid-century French design, blending natural materials with refined modernist form. The versatile style makes it ideal for tropical, coastal, or eclectic interiors, and it would pair beautifully with rattan, cane, or other natural fiber furnishings.
