What a lovely periwinkle color! Made by a company like McCoy during the 1930 or 40s, and marked USA on the bottom. Based on research and the color of the glaze, it is more than likely an unmarked McCoy piece. It has a nice weight to it, and is in excellent condition!
We think it would be stunning with a handful of white tulips cascading over the edge.
