The base is black and gives the lamp a modern feel. I just love the textural details around the base, which have a geometric, botanic feel - it's gorgeous. I also love the size of this lamp and I'm definitely partial to a large lamp. This piece would be a statement on a table or cabinet. There is no shade, harp or finial included. See less

This is a handmade piece and there are some variations/imperfections that come from glazing, etc. There are some small bumps in the finish, a crack at the bottom to the crackle, and one small chip. These are photographed in close-up - please enlarge the photos for the most accurate description. There is some wear to the black base. The imperfections are really on the back by the cord and do not impede with the beauty of the lamp. less
