I say rare because I've never seen a nice big lot of these saints. I've barely seen only a couple of these saints around. This nice collection features 5 different Tonala all signed and numbered, holding a bird. They're made of clay with fine hand painted details. All 5 figurines hold a bird with different colored robes, finely painted backs and colored base.
The figurines are highly collectable pieces of Mexican fold art. See less
