As in a fantasy tale, Pratone, Bocca, Cactus, and Capitello are transformed, taking shape in 1:8 scale miniatures. These accurate reproductions retain the unique personality of the originals, iconic Radical Italian Design pieces found in the world's most famous museums.

The Guframini are made with extreme attention to detail in Italy, where craftsmanship and creativity come together to offer enthusiasts and collectors true miniature works. These exclusive objects pay homage to the original masterpieces, transporting the essence and unmistakable style of Gufram in a compact format, perfect for those who want to approach the universe of avant-garde Italian design.

Among these small masterpieces, the mini Pratone represents the perfect union of classic aesthetics and contemporary functionality. Like its big sister, the 42 soft stems oriented in different directions are made with a mould that is injected with polyurethane foam. Afterwards, it is processed by hand and is thus a genuine, unique specimen, just like the other Guframini iconic pieces.

Giorgio Ceretti, Pietro Derossi, and Riccardo Rossi are influential Italian designers and architects known for their groundbreaking work in radical design during the 1960s and 1970s. As members of the avant-garde movement, they pushed the boundaries of traditional furniture and interior design, blending art, architecture, and social commentary. One of their most notable works is the Pratone lounge chair (1971), a playful, oversized grass-inspired seating piece that exemplifies their innovative and unconventional approach to design. Their creations remain iconic examples of experimental and functional art.

Innovative and non-conformist, for over 50 years, the Italian interior design brand Gufram has created uniquely experimental industrial design furniture and accessories, also known as Domestic Sculptures, which bring together wider influences from the worlds of art and design. From the Bocca sofa by Studio 65 to the Pratone chaise longue, the Cactus coat stand by Guido Drocco and Franco Mello, to the Magritta armchair by Sebastian Matta, iconic Gufram pieces are collected and exhibited worldwide.
Gufram has also moved outside the realm of furniture design due to collaborations with names from the worlds of fashion and manufacture, such as Moschino, Citroën, and Lavazza, always remaining true to the brand’s surreal creative vision, continuing the thread of subtle irony that emerges in all the works.
