A stunning vintage Suzani embroidered pillow cover featuring vibrant floral motifs hand-stitched in traditional Uzbek designs. This Central Asian textile adds rich color and global character to bohemian, eclectic, or grandmillennial interiors. The intricate embroidery and saturated hues make it a striking accent pillow.
A very beautiful example of a Suzani embroidery made in Shakhrisabz Uzbekistan. It still has the original tags in it which helps in determining the age. I believe it’s from the 1960s. The colors are stunning! It’s in exceptional condition.
Suzanis were traditionally made by Central Asian brides as part of their dowry, and were presented to the groom on the wedding day.
