A striking hand-blown Murano art glass vase made in Italy by Azzurra Maestri Vetrai, featuring warm amber tones with shimmering gold aventurine inclusions. The tall sculptural form and feather-like color movement make it a dramatic centerpiece for modern, Italian, or eclectic interiors.
There are large streaks of glistening gold running throughout this piece. It looks like gold leaf. The colors are exquisite! They are warm tones that change depending on how much light is passing though it. The shapes in the glass almost read as feathers.
Overall it is a thick, well made glass with both of the original stickers. An incredible addition to any collectors' home.
My best guess to the time period would be the 1980s.
