A rare and highly collectible Victorian figural parlor lamp by the renowned Philadelphia foundry Craighead & Kintz, dating to the late 19th century (circa 1870–1890).
This striking lamp features a finely cast owl figure with original glass eyes, perched on a naturalistic base. Originally designed as a parlor oil lamp, it has since been converted to electricity for modern use. The lamp is fitted with a period-style white glass shade with brass fitter, complementing the sculptural quality of the base.
