Davemport walnut writing desk. Slanted drop-leaf top with Moroccan leather insert supported by a pair of curved legs carved with scrolls, flowers, and feral feet. Four side drawers on the right side and false drawers on the left side. Upper splashback with drop-leaf top concealing open compartments. England, second half of the 19th century.
