A substantial and tall hammershoi ceramic vase in his characteristic ash-based white and black glazes. Designed and made during the 1923s inspired by both classical and art deco architectural elements. Indicated by its strict column shape in combination with the geometric engravings around its perimeter.
it was made at the workshop of herman august kähler in denmark.
